Holiday Greetings

We have some upcoming events to report on. First, we will be opening our museum each first Saturday of the month from 11:00 am - 3:00 pm beginning January 7, 2023. The museum is located at 258 Anchorage Road in Saylorsburg next to the Ross Township Municipal Building. For long-time residents, you may discover photos of relatives, friends and/or neighbors. More recent residents will learn about the history of our township. We welcome all interested parties; there is no admission charge. We will also have a tree at the West End Festival of Lights this November-December. We are excited to display some “old fashioned ornaments”, some of which were donated from long-time residents. Come join us and enjoy the holiday displays.

Coming soon! We will be hosting interesting speakers with historical information to impart. Come learn about the process of tracking genealogy. President George Washington by “those who knew him” and a local unsolved murder from the 1880’s. No admission charge, but donations will be gratefully accepted.
