Our July Open House featured RTHS member Marsha Beers. She is a retired Pleasant Valley High School German teacher. She was available to speak German to any of our visitors who wanted to have a conversation & also translate any letters, family mementos, etc. written in German that day or at a future time. Marsha also volunteers as a translator of written documents for the Moravian Archives and can discuss her work at the Archives. Please note that the museum will be closed in August but can be opened by individuals by appointment. For more information, please contact judyj@ptd.net.
